Instead of doing entire work at a time its better to divide the job into different categories and we can say an each individual category as a tip.

T I P = “TURN INTO PARTS “

We can divide the work into different smaller objects. Because it s easy to accomplish the objects. To construct a good resume we have seven tips or we can say seven objects. So follow these seven tips and make your resume effectively and error free.

1) Do the basics

Proofread for spelling, grammar, and tone, and make sure you have followed the instructions of the employer. your e-mail. However, don't let the sloppy nature and informality of e-mail correspondence seep into your communications—whether it's e-mailed or written—with potential employers.

2) Construct an effective resume

Construct your information in a logical fashion and keep descriptions clear and to the point. Include as much work experience as possible, even if it obviously doesn't relate to the job you are seeking. Also, use a simple, easy-to-read font. And make the entire font in same size.

3) Customize their response

Address the hiring manager directly, and include the name of the company and the position for which it is hiring in your cover letter/e-mail response.

4) Make it easy for the hiring manager

Use your name and the word "resume" in your e-mail header and subject so it's easy to identify. If the employer asks for information such as references or writing samples or any other information like expected salary and notice period —provide it.

5) What you bring to the employer is important than what you want from the job

In job market resume is like an advertisement pamphlet, try to expose your skills and strengths it’s an opportunity for you to promote yourself and stand out from the other candidates. Let the employer or hiring manager feels that you will bring something to the company.

6) Be professional

To show that you are a good professional its necessary to maintain some basic things like email , mobile numbers and etc . if you don’t have an email create a email through the websites which are giving free email service like yahoo, gmail, rediff, hot mail and etc. Provide the recruiter with a cell phone number if your voice mail/answering machine doesn't pick up when you are online. Also, it's important to have a cute e-mail address or voice mail/answering machine messages in favor of something that sounds professional.

7) Make the information error free

What ever the data / information you want to send to the hiring manage or the recruitment company please checks once to make the information error free.
